Every order update, on WhatsApp, automatically.
Ten lifecycle stages — placed, processing, paid, shipped, delivered and more — each firing an approved WhatsApp template the moment the order changes. Plus custom statuses, per-order message history and delivery health.
Ten order stages, armed and approved.
Every WooCommerce event maps to an approved template with a one-click test and an on/off toggle. Delivery health watches the signals so you know messages are landing — before customers tell you they aren't.
Templates fill themselves from the order.
Meta templates use numbered variables — map each one to a WooCommerce value once, and every message personalizes itself at send time: customer name, order ID, product, total. Test against your most recent order before going live.
Map once, personalize forever

Track and message every order, from one screen.
Search orders, open any one for its full summary, change status right there, and read the exact WhatsApp messages the order triggered — sent, skipped or scheduled.
Your workflow, your statuses — each with its own message.
Create statuses like "Quality Check" or "Ready for Pickup" that register as native WooCommerce order statuses — they appear in the Woo dropdown, in the Orders tab, and each can trigger its own WhatsApp automation, even on a timer.

Questions, answered.
Which order events can send a WhatsApp message?
All ten lifecycle stages — placed, on hold, processing, payment received, shipped, out for delivery, completed, cancelled, refunded — plus any custom status you create. Each maps to its own approved template.
How do messages personalize per order?
Variable mapping ties each template variable to a WooCommerce value — customer name, order ID, product, total — substituted at send time, with fallbacks for missing data.
Will customers get duplicate updates?
No. WatAgent sends one message per order per event, and skipped events are logged so you can see exactly what didn't send and why.
Can I create my own order statuses?
Yes — custom statuses register as native WooCommerce statuses, appear in the Woo dropdown, can auto-advance on a timer, and each can trigger its own WhatsApp automation.
Can I test before customers get messages?
Yes. Every automation has a Send Test that messages your most recent order's customer (or your own number), and delivery health shows sent/failed/skipped per stage.
Does this work with cart recovery?
Yes — they're companions. Cart recovery wins back carts that never became orders; lifecycle automations keep customers informed after they buy. Both attribute revenue.
